SC&H Group Newsletters: "Expertise Beyond the Numbers"

Q1 2015 – Government Contractor Market Update

SC&H Group is pleased to announce the release of the Q1 2015 Government Contractor Market Update.

In looking back at the state of the government contracting marketplace over the past two years, there were several seismic changes that took place. In 2014, the government fiscal year-end proved to be a stronger selling season for contractors with many industry members breathing a sigh of relief into Q4. Many of these enhanced contracting opportunities came about due to government buyers being motivated during the home stretch of the fiscal year.

From an M&A perspective, thanks to improvements in the broader economy, capital now being inexpensive, a rise in lending opportunities, and private equity firms making more investments, 2015 has become an ideal time for companies seeking acquisition opportunities.
