SC&H Capital Served as Exclusive Advisor to ACG Deal of the Year Winner

SC&H Capital served as advisor to three nominees, including the technology category winner: ICS Sale to SRA International

BALTIMORE, Md – November 5, 2009 – SC&H Capital, a provider of mergers and acquisitions advisory services, served as the exclusive financial advisor on three of the nine Maryland ACG's Deal of the Year nominees, including the technology category winner, the sale of Interface & Control Systems, Inc. to SRA International (NYSE: SRX). Through the Deal of the Year program, the Maryland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth acknowledges business transactions – including M&A deals, financing, alliances, and IPOs – that have impacted the Maryland region.

SC&H Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller of the winning deal for the technology category, Interface & Control Systems, Inc.  ICS provides integrated ground and flight autonomous command and control software framework and services for government and commercial mission-critical projects. SRA International Senior Vice President of National Security Sector Pat Burke believes, "[the] ICS transaction has provided SRA an experienced management team, a highly specialized employee base, and valuable intellectual property in a strategically significant market segment.
