SC&H CAPITAL PARTNER SELECTED TO SPEAK ON A PANEL OF M&A LEADERS

SPARKS, MD – March 16, 2007 – Christopher Helmrath, a partner with SC&H Capital, will join a panel of leading M&A experts and business professionals scheduled to speak at an upcoming Baltimore Business Journal (BBJ) breakfast seminar. This event will celebrate the BBJ’s inaugural issue of a special publication dedicated to Mergers & Acquisitions. 

The event, to be held at the Pier 5 Hotel in Baltimore on March 23rd, will include three additional speakers from a variety of backgrounds. One of the featured speakers that will join Mr. Helmrath on the panel is Robert Baruch, founder and CEO of RABA Technologies. Mr. Baruch’s company, with assistance from SC&H Capital, was recently acquired by SRA International for over $100 million.
