Stacy Gretz is a Manager in the Financial Advisors practice with solid experience in tax compliance. As a member of this team, she focuses on Estate and Trust Administration and Tax Compliance, as well as Individual Income and Gift Tax.
In her current position, Stacy’s primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing estate, trust, individual and gift tax returns, as well as working closely with estate executors and attorneys to prepare estate, trust, and probate administration. She also has experience in the preparation and supervision of personal property, non-profit private foundation, and employee benefit plan tax returns.
Prior to joining SC&H, Stacy interned at a regional accounting firm where she prepared financial statements, tax returns, work papers, assisted professional staff with various tasks, and gained experience with various accounting software systems.
Outside of the client services scope, involvement with the firm includes implementation and training of paperless return preparation procedures for a 40+ person income tax department, training new hires on income tax return preparation and procedures as well as leading the firm’s Ronald McDonald House Volunteer Program Initiative.
Stacy received her B.S. in Accounting from Towson University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Maryland. She is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Stacy is also a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council, and a member of the New Young Professionals Network in the MACPA.
