Pritpal Kalsi is a Principal in the Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Consulting group with more than 10 years of experience in Hyperion EPM and Oracle Business Intelligence consulting. With a broad industry focus, he has helped organizations optimize their management processes around financial close/consolidation, budgeting, planning and reporting, including clients across manufacturing, financial services, professional services, and government contracting industries.
To enable his clients to be successful in today’s changing business environment, Pritpal’s approach is to understand his clients’ strategic goals from the company’s global perspective. These strategic goals are then reengineered into new financial processes, including Hyperion EPM system implementations, which not only accommodate the company’s current needs but also include the flexibly to adapt to a constantly changing business environment. As a Hyperion Certified Professional, Pritpal manages numerous project engagements involving Hyperion EPM implementations, and he works closely with the office of the CFO at organizations who have both a regional and global presence.
Pritpal also takes keen interest in process reengineering and team-building methodologies, and he has formal training in both of these areas. He utilizes this knowledge and experience to build highly motivated and efficient teams that work together to meet and exceed project goals while providing the highest quality of service. His expertise in this area has enabled him to serve as the champion for SC&H’s corporate-wide leadership and training initiatives.
Prior to joining SC&H, Pritpal worked as a consultant for a Big-Four firm where he led the design and implementation of Oracle-Hyperion applications for Fortune 500 clients. Pritpal holds a B.S. degree in Decision and Information Sciences from the R.H Smith School of Business at University of Maryland. He is currently pursuing a M.B.A from the R.H Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park.
