With more than nine years of investment banking experience in various industries, Kevin O’Sullivan, a Principal with SC&H Capital, is an expert in determining the most appropriate transaction opportunity that yields the greatest benefit for clients.
During his career, Kevin has executed multiple merger and acquisition transactions, private equity capital raises, and recapitalizations for growth-oriented healthcare, information technology, software, and telecommunication companies. Most recently, Kevin advised LSU Health Sciences Center – Shreveport in the privatization of three public hospitals, and advised iVantage Health Analytics throughout various transactions.
Kevin has also performed various valuation assignments, and has developed industry consolidation expertise within the transportation and logistics spaces. Prior to joining SC&H Capital, he worked as an investment banker for Signal Hill and Stifel Nicolaus.
Kevin holds an M.B.A. from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in History from Brown University, where he was selected twice to the Division I NCAA All-America Water Polo team.
