Erik Burgos brings more than 20 years of experience with complex transaction tax planning, structuring, due diligence, and post acquisition state and local tax planning to enhance the tax effectiveness of acquired businesses. His industry experience includes, but is not limited to, Telecommunications, Service, Manufacturing, Trucking, Entertainment, and Private Equity. Currently, Erik is the Practice Leader for State and Local Tax in the Northern Virginia office.

Nathan E. DiNatale, CPA/ABV, CVA, CFE
Senior Manager

Nathan DiNatale is a Senior Manager at SC&H, where he manages the firm's Business Valuation and Litigation Support services (BVLS) practice. With over 14 years of professional experience, his practice areas include fraud, business valuation, litigation support, expert witness, and financial reporting engagements. Nathan has a background in financial statement audits and reviews of clients in industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, and service that ranged in size from small rapidly growing closely held companies to large established middle market companies.
