About the Speakers

Jeffrey C. Glock, CPA, CMI
Director
SC&H State & Local Tax

Jeff is the Director of SC&H’s Real Property Tax Practice. With more than 20 years experience, Jeff is an integral part of the real estate assessment appeal practice and through his leadership the group has performed billions of dollars in property appeals. His specialized knowledge allows him to take advantage of every available opportunity to minimize real estate taxes.  Jeff is a recognized expert in areas such as real estate valuation techniques, appraisals, appeals, incentives, abatements and exemptions.

Jeff has presented at NAREC’s 2009 Annual Tax Conference, Potomac Association of Housing Cooperatives’ 31st Annual Conference and Accountant’s Inc. Rockville Office Education Series.

Ross Litkenhous
Manager
SC&H State & Local Tax

Ross Litkenhous is a Manager in SC&H’s State & Local Tax practice, specializing in Real Property Tax.  He is an integral part of the real property team, performing work for commercial property owners, developers and investors across many different asset classes including office, hotel, retail and industrial. 

Ross was a featured speaker at the 34th Annual IPT Conference in June 2010. He has also served as a speaker at local USGBC Chapter events on credits and incentives available for green building.
