He is a frequent national and regional speaker and author on many issues affecting corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, capital markets and business valuation. Chris holds academic positions in two graduate schools of business: Johns Hopkins University and Loyola College. He currently serves as the Director of the MBA Capstone Program at Johns Hopkins University in addition to teaching within the program.

Ann Quinn has 16 years of experience in the private and public sectors. Her consulting practice includes strategic planning, transaction advisory, equity financing, and corporate divestitures and acquisitions.

She has spent her career working with companies facing the challenges of implementing a business strategy, facing a funding event, or expanding new and existing lines of business. Ann has held senior management positions with technology and strategy companies, in the areas of operations, business plan development, funding strategy, and marketing.

As Managing Director for Maryland Venture Fund, She oversaw all equity financing activities for the State of Maryland, with a focus on the advancement of advanced technology and life sciences companies within the state. She managed a portfolio of 120 active technology and biotech companies, ten venture capital limited partnerships, and retained six Board of Director memberships.

She currently chairs the Greater Baltimore Technology Council and is an active member of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association and the Association for Corporate Growth. Ann was recognized as one of the top 40 metro area business professionals under the age of 40 in 2004.
