Stuart Rudo, CPA

Stuart Rudo joined Stout, Causey & Horning, P.A. Services as a Senior Tax Manager in the Tax and Advisory practice and was promoted to Director in 2009. He performs sophisticated federal, state, and international planning services and applies his 17 years of experience to helping clients minimize their present and future tax liabilities.

Stuart serves clients in a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, Construction, Government Contracting, and Real Estate. These businesses range in size from small emerging growth companies to large multi-location public companies.

Before joining SC&H, Stuart spent 8 years working for an international accounting firm as a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager where he developed a solid depth of experience in a wide range of areas which include tax compliance, FAS109 tax provisions, business and individual tax consulting.

In addition to providing traditional income tax services for his clients, Stuart performs merger and acquisition consulting services, cost segregation studies, stock basis studies, due diligence for business combinations, and individual income tax planning.

Stuart earned a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University and an M.S. in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Maryland. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Stuart serves on the Board of Family and Children Services of Central Maryland.
